Investigative Services Corporation (ISC) was founded in 1981 by Daniel R. Sullivan, retired Deputy Chief of Police of the Los Angeles Police Department.
ISC maintains a roster of former high ranking police officials and federal special agents. ISC also maintains agreements for reciprocal services with correspondents in all states and internationally through a network of police and federal law enforcement contacts.
ISC has been an approved contractor to the F.D.I.C. (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation), a security consultant to the City of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, amongst other major cities.
ISC has been an approved contractor as Special Investigators for the State of California Board of Examiners.
ISC was chosen as the sole contractor for the United States by the K.D.I.C. (Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation).
More recently, ISC was retained to implement covert undercover operations within the Los Angeles County Community College School District, working alongside Homeland Security, in an effort to confirm and document rogue professors who were improperly reporting student’s attendance and grades in exchange for monetary compensation.
ISC was also retained as an official investigator by the largest provider of private mortgage insurance within the United States with respect to the current mortgage crisis. ISC audited and investigated several hundred mortgage loan applications, and played an integral role in identifying and reporting the discrepancies within these applications to include: the loan officers, applicant information, employment information, etc.
